Right of return
1. Statutory return period
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or return without having to justify your decision.
2. General Conditions of Acceptance
Returns or exchanges are accepted if the following conditions are met:
The application must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
The product is undamaged, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging.
All accessories and instructions are included.
A proof of purchase is presented.
Incomplete, damaged or used items will not be accepted for return.
3. Return procedure
Before any return, the customer must send a request to contact@veiggara.de and indicate the following:
The order number.
The article(s) in question.
The reason for the return or exchange.
We will respond within 48 working hours with the return instructions and the appropriate address.
No returns may be made without prior confirmation from us.
4. Return costs
The return costs are borne by the customer, except in the following cases:
manufacturing defects
5. Processing time
Once the returned product has been received and inspected:
An exchange or refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
The customer will be informed about each step by email:
Receipt of the return
Confirmation
Shipping of the new product or confirmation of the refund
6. Product exchange
If an exchange is desired (e.g. size, color, other item):
We will ship the new product after receiving and confirming the return.
Return shipping costs may apply.
7. Non-returnable products
The following products cannot be returned:
Personalized or customized products
Gift cards
Gift items or promotional products
8. Deadlines to be observed
Deadline for application: 14 days after receipt
Deadline for sending the return: 7 days after confirmation by our service
Processing time after receipt: 5 to 10 business days
